What is the partnership about?

The key purpose of the Stellar Lifestyle (commercial arm of SMRT) collaboration is to set up a last-mile fulfillment network across various MRT stations within Singapore to support deliveries to-and-from Stellar Lifestyle tenants. Through this partnership, Stellar Lifestyle tenants can expect: - Customised rates and dedicated support to meet your logistics needs - Greater convenience as we expand and increase the number of service points we have across various MRT stations within Singapore

Where can I pick up and drop off my parcels?

You can pick up and drop off your parcel at any Pickupp Service Point. You are recommended to however drop-off your parcels at Esplanade MRT, our first service point specially for Stellar Lifestyle tentants. Check out our full list of locations here.

How do I top up my Pickupp Wallet?

It's so easy! Merchant Portal 1. Sign Up / Log into your Pickupp account 2. Go to "Payment" then "Pricing Plan" located in the left-hand side pane. 3. Choose a suitable plan and click "Buy Now" when you are ready. 4. You will be asked to link a credit card if you've not done so. Click "Link Credit Card" and enter your details. 5. Upon credit card linkage, you may proceed with payment. 6. Your Pickupp wallet will topped up with amount and respective cashbacks. Pickupp App 1. Sign Up / Log into your Pickupp account 2. Go to "Profile" tab then click "Payment" 3. Click "Top Up" and choose on your desired plan and click "Next". 4. You will be asked to link a credit card if you've not done so. Click "Add Credit Card" and enter your details. 5. Upon credit card linkage, you may proceed with payment. 6. Your Pickupp wallet will topped up with amount and respective cashbacks.

Why has my additional cashback not been credited?

Upon topping up your account, you will be instantly credited with 5% cashback on delivery credits. Do allow 1 working day for our system to verify your account eligibility before crediting the additional 15% cashback. If you are experiencing a delay, kindly check that your account is valid for promotion (first-time top up) or you may contact us here.

Will my credits expire?

Delivery credits will have no expiry date. However, cashback credits will expire within 30 days.

Are my credits refundable?

Credits purchased are non-refundable. However, will only be considered in special cases. Any refunds, if approved, will be nett of any rebates received and subjected to a 10% service fee.
