The cost of each pickupp delivery depends on 3 factors:

  1. Weight
  2. Parcel Dimensions
  3. Delivery Time

Ad-hoc 4-hour on-demand and same day deliveries start from as low as SGD$10 per delivery. Orders can be created on our desktop or on our mobile app, iOS and Android.

We offer discount packages of up to 25% off for corporates and companies that require same day and 4-hour on-demand delivery services on a regular basis.

Aside from our express and same day courier service, we also deliver parcels for next day and 1 -3 days for businesses with a high delivery volume. Prices start from $3.20. If you’re interested, please sign up for a free trial here.

Please ensure that the submitted weight and dimensions are accurate. Our delivery agents will cross check the weight and dimensions of each package at pick up time. If the dimensions of the parcel does not match with the delivery order details, our delivery agents will notify merchants or Pickupp for an order cancellation (A transaction fee of 50% of the delivery fee will be charged).

All packages should fit into the dimensions of W+H+L <= 180cm. Packages that exceed the weight limit of 20kg may not be handled or delivered. Please let our sales associate know if you require special assistance with oversized or overweight deliveries, we will be glad to assist further.

Yes, all Pickupp’s delivery agents are trained and required to pass basic background checks with verification documents such as their identity card and proof of address. Pickupp also insures your delivery items up to your invoice value or SGD$200 (whichever is lower). Merchants and recipients are always able to track the exact location of delivery agents by inputting the delivery order number on this Tracking Page.

For fragile or irregular sized package deliveries, we strongly encourage merchants to mark the parcel as “Fragile & Handle with Care” and indicate it on our notes section upon order creation. Our delivery agents will take special care to ensure that the packages are delivered without damage. In the event of any breakage, Pickupp also insures your delivery items for up to SGD$200 (for non-perishable items).

When an order request is filed we assume it’s ready for pick up and will dispatch the closest delivery agent immediately.

To ensure the safety of the parcel, delivery agents will now need to scan the QR code or enter the unique order passcode upon arrival at pick up point before they can begin the delivery process. Merchants will need to print and attach to your package an individual invoice with QR code or write down on your package the order number and unique passcode, in order to let our delivery agents start their delivery. If merchants have issues with printing the QR code, you can also use the Merchant Master QR Code as an activation (Merchant Master QR Code will be charged SGD$1 transaction fee).​ 50% of delivery fee will be charged if merchants cancel the delivery order after the agent has accepted the request or for failure to collect the package at the pick up location due to Merchant’s error.

Pickupp provides ‘Cash on Delivery’ (COD) service. The service includes the collection of cash upon delivery of shipment and return of collected payment. This allows you to reduce operating costs, speed up cash conversion cycle, minimize risk of bad debts, and gain greater flexibility to retrieve payment at a low service fee.

Pickupp may refuse to accept parcels for cases in which:

  1. The sender’s request does not comply with our Terms of Service;
  2. the sender fails to enter a valid address and other required fields that are recognisable by the Pickupp system;
  3. The package or item is not suitable for transport;
  4. the transport may violate laws and regulations; or is detrimental to public order, or injurious to public morals;
  5. The package or item is of the following type:
    1. Explosives or other hazardous materials or any similar packages that are likely to cause damage to other packages;
    2. Packages specifically determined by Pickupp to be unacceptable, including but not limited to combustible, inflammable, poisonous and toxic materials, livestocks, dogs, cats, little birds, guns and swords, large and bulky furniture items, etc.

Pickupp serves both businesses with bulk deliveries and individuals with ad-hoc delivery needs. Delivery Agent FAQs

In order to become a Pickupp delivery agent, you have to go through a screening process. To register, please fill in this form: go.pickupp.io/sgtraining. A Pickupp representative will contact you and verify your contact details.
