Service updates: Festive season deliveries, price adjustments & fixed timeslots

In view of the upcoming Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day, Pickupp platform will be closed for order placement during the following periods:

–   04 Feb 0931hrs to 07 Feb 1900hrs
–   12 Feb 2331hrs to 15 Feb 1200hrs

You will NOT be able to input orders for deliveries during this period, but the platform remains open so you may upload orders for other dates and you may check/track all orders that have already been uploaded into the system. Only forecast orders placed with prepaid credits will be guaranteed.

For deliveries during the block-out period (especially for deliveries on Valentine’s Day itself), kindly upload all orders in advance or consider utilising alternative delivery options if there is an urgent need.

There might be some delays in the deliveries during the block-out period; kindly accept our sincere apologies if you are affected and we seek your kind understanding. Rest assured that we will strive to ensure all deliveries are made on time!

Also, if you have missed all previous communications we had sent, please be reminded of the price revision, distance surcharge, and fixed time slots which have taken effect from 28 Jan 2019. More details can be found on our site.
