In this article, we will guide you through the steps to linking your EasyStore with Pickupp.

Create an Account with Pickupp

If you are new to Pickupp, you may create a free account here. For existing merchants, you may proceed to login here.

Step 1: Link your EasyStore with Pickupp

Log in to your EasyStore account, then locate the EasyStore plugin on Pickupp’s merchant portal on the left sidebar and click on the "Link store” button.

The page will redirect you to the EasyStore portal page. On the left sidebar, click on ‘Apps’ -> ‘Add Integration’ to view the App store. Then Search for ‘Pickupp’ plugin.

And click ‘Install this app’.

Step 2: Enter Your EasyStore Details

Once installed, you will be redirected back to Pickupp’s portal page. Enter your sender details accurately. Kindly note that EasyStore merchants are required to enter their sender information before proceeding to order creation. You will not be able to create any orders should you leave this field empty.

After linking your store, all orders from your EasyStore will be reflected in the Pickupp dashboard.

Step 3: Create a Logistics Order

To create a logistics order, select the order you want to deliver and click "Deliver with Pickupp". Once your order has been delivered successfully, the order status on your EasyStore dashboard will be updated to ‘Fulfilled’.
