About The Role: - Utilise data to better understand delivery agents’ behavior and develop automated process to move them through the acquisition funnel - Develop, optimize (and automate as required) logistics processes to increase operational efficiency - Get involved with product development; leverage user feedback to design and contribute ideas to critical features which could improve delivery experience and efficiency - Identify and resolve problems with respect to reliability and marketplace efficiency - Maintain and enhance the quality of delivery services provided by agents and 3PL partners - Maintain amicable relationship with delivery agents - Able to work effectively with 3PL delivery partners - Identify and resolve problems with respect to reliability and marketplace efficiency - Maintain and enhance the quality of delivery services provided by the agents - Able to brainstorm creatively for ideas on how best to improve the delivery network - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel) and basic data tools like SQL Requirements for the role: - Bachelor's degree or above. - Fluency in English, written and spoken. - Extremely data-driven – any decisions made must be justified by sound data analysis - Able to maintain operational visibilty remotely after working hours if required - Able to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - An enthusiastic and keen learner who is always looking to learn more - Embrace being in a fast-paced environment where you contribute directly to the goals of the company - Experience or knowledge in logistics (especially last-mile delivery) preferred but not essential - A go-getter who wants to be part of an exciting start-up journey - Bold and daring – be willing to challenge industry norms and be the disruptor who brings positive change to the industry - Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply Apply Now: - Please send us your resume and cover letter at sg@pickupp.io

At Pickupp technology team, we are providing challenging projects and industry standard development experience. We are building a better crowd sourced last mile same day and next day delivery platform to elevate the business logistic industry. With teams spread across Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Taiwan, you will get to learn working in a uniquely remote team environment. Our team is filled with experienced engineers who can guide and mentor young & new engineers to develop strong technical competencies. We are looking for technically strong and driven talents who are looking for a team where they can learn and room to explore new technologies. This Software Engineer (full stack) role will be based in Kuala Lumpur.
