Enhancements on Pickupp Platform Standard Deliveries

Exciting new changes are coming to the platform for your standard delivery orders!

It is Pickupp’s commitment to not only provide our users with the best choices, but also the widest range of decision-making flexibility. 

 

What To Expect

Starting 20 October 2025, there will now be up to 3 vendor selections available when you input your orders for standard deliveries. (For current clients with ongoing arrangements, please contact your account manager should you be interested in exploring new vendor options). 

Park N Parcel – recommended for users who are sending items which may be more delicate, or if your parcels are packed in non-conventional ways (e.g. sealed paper bags instead of sealed polymailers or carton boxes). Great option to switch to for platform peak sales periods, e.g. during 11.11 sales periods. Minimum 5 parcels per collection – after orders have been uploaded, please await confirmation for timing of parcel collection. 

J&T Express – reliable and economical option, items must be packed in sealed polymailers or carton boxes.  Minimum 5 parcels per collection; parcel collection timing is between 3-6pm daily. 

Shopee Express – reliable and most economical option available currently, items must be packed in sealed polymailers or carton boxes. Minimum 5 parcels per collection; parcel collection timing is between 3-6pm daily.

 

What This Means For You:

  1. More choices at great prices
  2. Ultimate flexibility – freedom to choose between different vendors (even on a daily basis!) depending on your needs 
  3. No changes in current SOPs – you still upload and track all your orders via the Pickupp platform. Simply upload the orders, pack your items, print the waybills and we (and our vendors) will handle it from there!
