How do I sign up for this Pickupp x Circles.Life exclusive CIS plan?
How to sign up:
1. Retrieve your unique promo code from circles.life/cis by submitting your email address.
2. You will receive an email with your code and click on "GET STARTED"
3. Select your SIM or Phone plan and checkout with your CIS code.

Do I have to sign a contract to benefit from this program?
There are no contracts ever! Every Circles.Life customer, regardless of whether they’re subscribed to a CIS program or not, benefits from the best no-contract plan in Singapore. No exceptions.
What are the payment methods for my Circles.Life CIS plan?
We only support credit/debit cards. Payment is automatically deducted from the card used when you initially signed up, so long as the card is valid and has sufficient balance.
I am currently on a prepaid plan, how do I enjoy this offer?
CIS plans are only for post-paid plans. Request your current service provider to convert your plan to a post-paid one before making your purchase with us!
What are the delivery options available?
You have to pay a minimum of $2 for the delivery of the SIM card (Up to $6). Otherwise, you can choose to self-collect it from your nearest post office.
I’m already a Circles.Lifer. Can I still get CIS benefits?
CIS benefits are only available to customers signing up for a new mobile plan with us (both new and transferring numbers).
I travel for work. Does the CIS Plan come with roaming/IDD?
