How do I top up my Pickupp Wallet?

It's so easy! Merchant Portal 1. Sign Up / Log into your Pickupp account 2. Go to Payment then Pricing Plan located in the left-hand side pane. 3. Choose a suitable plan and click Buy Now when you are ready. 4. You will be asked to link a credit card if you've not done so. Click Link Credit Card and enter your details. 5. Upon credit card linkage, you may proceed with payment. 6. Your Pickupp wallet will topped up with the amount and respective cashback. Pickupp App 1. Sign Up / Log into your Pickupp account 2. Go to Profile tab then click Payment 3. Click Top Up and choose on your desired plan and click Next. 4. You will be asked to link a credit card if you've not done so. Click Add Credit Card and enter your details. 5. Upon credit card linkage, you may proceed with payment. 6. Your Pickupp wallet will topped up with the amount and respective cashback.

Why has my additional cashback not been credited?

Users need to key in PICKUPPSLEEK in the referral field when signing up for the pricing plan to be entitled to the cashback. Upon topping up your account, you will be instantly credited with 5%/10% cashback on delivery credits. Do allow 1 working day for our system to verify your account eligibility before crediting the additional 5% cashback. If you are experiencing a delay, kindly check that your account is valid for promotion (first-time top up) or you may contact us here.

Will my credits expire?

Delivery credits will have no expiry date. However, cashback credits will expire within 30 days.

Are my credits refundable?

Credits purchased are non-refundable. However, it will be considered for special cases. Any refunds, if approved, will be the nett amount of any rebates received and will be subjected to a 10% service fee.

How do I use the promo code?

Upon creating your first delivery order, you will be led to a payment page. Click Redeem Promo/Referral Code and enter PICKUPPSLEEK to enjoy your discount. This promo code may be used thrice by each new user, which is only extended to the Sleekflow members. You may be asked to verify your mobile phone via OTP first before being allowed to proceed with redemption. Kindly do so to enjoy the promotions.
