How do I redeem the special rates?
1. Make a booking of your desired vehicle on Tribecar’s app or website.
2. Write in to Tribecar’s team at support@tribecar.com with the email subject Pickupp Exclusive Rates. Please include your booking number as well as a screenshot of your Pickupp Delivery Agent profile.
What are the requirements to sign up with Tribecar?
You must be
Between 18 - 65 years old
A Singaporean/PR who possess a valid Singapore driving license with 2 years of local driving experience (as indicated on your Singapore driving license card)
OR an Employment Pass holder (with at least 6 months of validity) with a valid Singapore Driving License of at least 2 years driving experience (as indicated on your Singapore driving license card)
New Drivers (drivers who are below 23 years old and/or have less than 2 years local driving experience) may also apply but will be subjected to additional requirements. Please note that Tribecar reserves the right to decline applications that do not meet certain requirements.

Is there a minimum duration I need to rent with Tribecar?
The minimum duration is 1 hour. You only pay for what you use with Tribecar's hourly, daily or weekly rates.
