We understand that it might be confusing to start a new job with no guidance, which is why we offer training sessions for all our delivery agents. These sessions will equip you with the necessary knowledge to kickstart your journey and start your first delivery order! We provide 2 types of training sessions - physical and online. Both sessions will have the same content covered which includes learning how to navigate the Pickupp Hero App and familiarise yourself with the delivery procedures. Afterwards, you will be required to take a short quiz to further recap what you have learnt. Do note that you will have to score at least 88 points to pass the quiz. Once you have accepted the terms & conditions, we will proceed to activate your agent account. Interested? Physical sessions were unavailable for the past 2 years due to COVID-19, however, we are finally able to have them this year as Singapore relaxes its COVID-19 measures. You might be wondering why you should attend the delivery agent physical training sessions when there is an option to take them online - which is more convenient and can save you traveling time. Here are some reasons why!

During the training sessions, our Pickupp Qualified Trainers will be there to guide you through the entire delivery procedures. Since it is a physical session, our trainers will be able to attend to you personally and provide a live demonstration on how to navigate the app. This will give you a clearer understanding of how the Pickupp Hero App works and how you can use it to accept orders and cash out your delivery earnings.

Yes, you read it right! Attend and sit through our physical training session and you’ll get an extra $10 attendance bonus - it is that easy! (Note: This is only applicable for participants who come down for our physical training only.) Additionally, you will receive a welcome package from us which includes our Pickupp T-shirt and Pickupp totebag which you can use for your delivery needs. These physical sessions aim to help new delivery agents, whether you are a walker, rider or driver, to understand better on how Pickupp works and clear any doubts you may have instantly. Furthermore, when you come down for our physical training session, we will activate your agent account immediately after you have passed the quiz. In other words, you will be able to take up your first delivery order and receive your earnings right away! This is unlike the online training sessions where your account will only be activated in 3 working days.

While our online training videos cover all the necessary information, there might be questions that you may have thought of but are unable to get an answer to straightaway. You would have to contact us via email or intercom and wait for our support team to get back, which may be quite frustrating for some. However, if you attend the physical sessions and have any questions, you can ask the trainers directly. This will help you to clarify your doubts and get your questions answered immediately without having to wait for our support team to get back to you.

If you are too busy to come down for a physical training session or our office location is too far for you, you can opt for our online training sessions too. All you have to do is to download our Pickupp Hero App via App Store or Google Play, follow the in-app instructions, watch the training videos and complete the quiz. Though attending our online training sessions would not entitle you to an extra $10 attendance bonus, you will still be able to get the $15 incentive after completing 10 orders within 7 days. Do note that though we will not be able to send you the welcome package but feel free to come down to Pickupp office if you would like to receive a Pickupp T-shirt and Pickupp totebag.

For online sessions, we would require up to 3 working days to activate your agent account, and you will be notified via SMS once your account is ready to start delivering.

At Pickupp, we welcome all types of delivery agents - whether you are a walker, rider or driver. If you are at least 17 years old and have been looking for delivery jobs without bikes, you will be happy to hear that Pickupp offers parcel delivery jobs for walkers as well!
