All Pickupp's Delivery Agents Can Now Cashout Earnings Effortlessly!

We all know that receiving your salary on time is important. At Pickupp, we aim to provide a seamless and convenient way of cashing out your delivery earnings in a timely manner. In 2020, we launched an exciting in-app feature – the ‘Delivery Agent Wallet’. This is to ease the hassle of our delivery agents receiving their weekly payouts.

The Delivery Agent Wallet allows you to: 1) "Cash Out" your earnings to receive payment from the previous week. 2) You will no longer need to transfer or bank in cash for your Cash On Delivery (COD) orders! 3) Top up your wallet to view more COD orders!

If you are new to Pickupp, don’t worry! Simply follow the steps below and you will be able to cash out your first delivery earnings with ease! We promise it will be as easy as ABC!

Here is the timeline and the important deadlines you must take note of to ensure that your earnings will be paid to you on a timely basis! We have updated our procedures a little - you are not required to submit any form to receive your earnings anymore. All weekly earnings will be automatically credited to your Delivery Agent Wallet. All you have to do is check the amount and make sure there are no discrepancies. If there are any issues, please reach out to us via the ‘Help’ function in-app by Monday 10pm and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Every Monday: By 2200: Check your earnings and highlight any discrepancies via the ‘Help’ function in-app. Every Tuesday: By 1400: Earnings from the previous week will be reflected in your Delivery Agent Wallet. By 2359: "Cash Out!" your earnings to receive your payment from the previous week. The minimum cash out amount is $20. Every Friday: By 2359: The previous week’s earnings will be deposited into your bank account. Please note that any amendments needed after the stated timeline will not be taken into consideration and payment is subjected to bank’s approval.

You will no longer need to transfer or bank in cash for your Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.

With our Delivery Agent Wallet, you may: 1. Take COD orders and keep the cash for yourself 2. No more COD bank-in is required, the cash amount will be automatically deducted from your Delivery Agent Wallet 3. More $$$ in your wallet = Ability to accept & view more COD orders! While you are no longer required to bank-in COD orders, do note that all delivery note orders must still be uploaded as usual – under my earnings in-app!

If you would like to view more orders in the Pickupp Hero app, you may top up your Delivery Agent Wallet with a minimum value of $50. This is to ensure you have enough credit in your Wallet to accept Cash On Delivery orders. The top up amount will be reflected in your ‘Available Balance’ by 2pm.
